At the Transform 2025 Annual Conference in Dallas, Stephen Newman, President of 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, delivered a compelling message about the evolving role of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) in shaping the future of healthcare.
Representing one of only 13 NEMTAC®-accredited providers nationwide, Stephen emphasized that transportation is no longer just about logistics—it’s a strategic extension of care. He highlighted the importance of partnering with multiple health organizations to streamline patient transfers, reduce discharge delays, and improve continuity of care. These collaborations, he noted, are rooted in shared values of dignity, precision, and compassion.
Stephen also spoke to 360’s commitment to personalized service, tailoring each ride to meet the unique needs of patients and strengthening trust between providers and those they serve. He underscored how data-driven strategies and technologies like telemedicine, AI, and real-time tracking are transforming transportation into a dynamic tool for better health outcomes.
Closing his remarks, Stephen called on industry leaders to embrace innovation and collaboration as pathways to a more efficient, equitable, and responsive healthcare ecosystem. “We’re not just moving patients,” he said. “We’re moving the industry forward.”
