$500.00 Performance Guarantee

360 Care + Transport’s Passenger Performance Guarantee insures that no 360 passenger or patient will miss their medical appointment as a result of 360’s operation, planning, or performance. In the event a patient/passenger does miss an appointment through any fault* of 360’s, patient/passenger will receive future transportation credit for the pre-paid value of the delayed round-trip transport, up to a maximum of $500.
