By having completed the NEMTAC accreditation process, we lead in recognizing the importance of advocating for the most important segment of NEMT - the most vulnerable, acute, chronic and catastrophic patients. We provide best-in-class handicap wheelchair transportation services throughout the St. Louis region.​ It involves verifying education, training, licenses, insurance coverage, and any other certifications related to the safe transport of (priority) patients to and from medical appointments.​
360 Care + Transport’s Passenger Performance Guarantee insures that no 360 passenger or patient will miss their medical appointment as a result of 360’s operation, planning, or performance. In the event a patient/passenger does miss an appointment through any fault* of 360’s, patient/passenger will receive future transportation credit for the pre-paid value of the delayed round-trip transport, up to a maximum of $500.
