Purpose-Driven Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

Since 2016 the Newman family lives out what it truly means to be purpose-driven, leading 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, a trusted provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) serving patients, families, and healthcare partners across Missouri.

At 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, purpose is not a slogan—it’s how care is delivered every day.

2016
From leadership to frontline drivers, the organization is built on compassion, accountability, and a commitment to helping people access the healthcare services they need safely and on time.
Employees often describe a culture rooted in kindness and respect—one that empowers teams to go the extra mile for patients who rely on dependable medical transportation services for doctor appointments, dialysis, rehabilitation, and ongoing care. That people-first approach directly supports better patient experiences and improved health outcomes.

As Stephen Newman, President of 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, explains:
“We believe that taking care of our employees is the best way to ensure they take care of our clients. When our team feels supported, our patients receive better service—and we don’t know any other way to operate.”

Today, 360 Quality Care + Transport Services continues to set a higher standard for patient-centered transportation, combining purpose-driven leadership with reliable, professional, and compliant Non-Emergency Medical Transportation for the communities we serve.

The Crossroads of Hospitality and Healthcare

If you’ve experienced 360 Quality Care + Transport Services’ attention to detail, you’ll quickly see that Stephen, Debbie, and Carly Newman share an authentic commitment to serving others—one that carries through every aspect of the organization. While 360 provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and healthcare transportation services, the experience is rooted in hospitality, compassion, and purpose-driven care, ensuring every patient feels respected, supported, and safe.
“To be purpose driven means wanting more out of a job than just the pay,” says Debbie Newman. “There’s real value in knowing you’re making a difference in the lives of others.”

That mindset is reflected daily by Carly Newman, Operations Manager, who is often asked if she enjoys working at 360. “Absolutely,” she says. “I get excited to come to work every day, and that passion is a big reason we consistently perform above industry standards.”

Whether she’s driving and listening to patients’ stories or supporting families from the office, Carly sees firsthand how reliable, compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) improves lives. “Helping families understand our services and reassuring them their loved one is in good hands is the most uplifting part of my day.”

At 360, healthcare transportation is more than a service—it’s a commitment to people, dignity, and care.
A legacy of Caring and Kindness
Carly Newman often says that working alongside her parents has been one of her greatest challenges—and one of her greatest rewards. “They push me harder than I ever expected and hold me accountable in ways that aren’t always easy,” she says. “But I’m grateful to have learned my work ethic from them.”

Debbie and Stephen Newman founded 360 Quality Care + Transport Services in 2016, St. Louis, Missouri, at a stage of life many consider retirement. Instead, they chose to build a purpose-driven Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company rooted in compassion, reliability, and service to others.

For Carly, working alongside her parents has been an honor. She often speaks emotionally about the example they set—leading with integrity, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to improving access to care for patients and families throughout the St. Louis region.
