NEMT Certifications & Training
Raising the Standard Through Operational Training and Certifications

Carly, Debbie and Stephen Newman — a family commitment to
safety, training and continuous improvement at 360.
At 360, safety starts with the people responsible for delivering care and transportation every day. Therefore, Carly Newman’s five NEMT operational and instructor certifications were achieved to strengthen 360’s capabilities in driver training, mobility device securement and stretcher transportation.

For the Newman family, these certifications represent an ongoing investment in safer operations, better-trained professionals and higher standards for NEMT.
“As our industry grows, we can never allow a passenger to become just another trip on a schedule. We’re transporting a life.” — Carly Newman
What Makes 360’s Training Different?
At 360 Quality Care + Transport Services, passenger safety begins with professional training. Every 360 driver is a Certified Transport Specialist® (CTS)—not simply one person within our organization. CTS training covers HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, Mobility Device Passenger Awareness, Cultural Awareness, Hands-On CPR and Basic First Aid.
For patients, families and healthcare organizations choosing an NEMT provider in St. Louis, that means the people providing the transportation have received specialized NEMT training.

Carly Newman - Advanced Certifications - Wheelchair & Mobility Device Securement
Carly Newman, Director of Operations, is certified in Advanced Mobility Device Securement (AMDS), which includes online and hands-on training.
Carly is also a NEMTAC Mobility Device Securement™ Instructor, qualifying her to deliver Advanced Mobility Device Securement training to 360 employees and NEMT professionals across the country.
This gives 360 in-house expertise focused on the safe transportation and securement of passengers using wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
Certified Stretcher Transportation Training
Carly is also a Certified Stretcher Operator (CSO) and Certified Stretcher Operator™ Instructor. Her instructor qualification authorizes her to deliver the CSO training course.

For 360, this strengthens the training behind our non-emergency stretcher transportation services and allows Carly to help train NEMT professionals beyond our organization.

For Carly, these certifications are about raising the bar for safety across NEMT, particularly in stretcher transportation. By becoming a certified instructor, she can help make proper training, securement and accountability the standard—not the exception.
