"It just keeps getting better" says Steve Newman, owner of 360 Quality Care + Transport Services. "Our average driver score for the month was 92% - another record breaking month!"
It goes without saying that 360 continues to invest in being the very best for the people they serve. In the past several months the company has invested in and accomplished the following achievements:
Nationally Accredited - St. Louis’ only nationally accredited non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) company by NEMTAC® - a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to championing standards and best practices for the provision of non-emergency medical transportation.
Missouri State Certified: The region’s only Missouri State certified stretcher NEMT company.
Nationally Credentialed: The region’s only NEMT company to make its driver, vehicle, and company policies and procedures available on the ProCredEx national credentialing exchange.
Accountable: The region’s only NEMT company to provide a $500 Passenger Performance Guarantee.
Highest Driver Performance Scores - NEW!
Newman also mentioned that, not only is this great for their patients who are getting the safest and most caring drivers in the business, but it also proves that the emphasis put on driving safety is working. "It's a good thing for drivers and passengers alike", says Newman.
Highlighting the top of the list is one driver, Ed, who had a perfect score of 100. Four others, Moe, Hondo, Ashley and Tee scored 99.
Drivers use various means of technology when serving patients, one being an app called Samsara. Samsara’s integrated platform is designed to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability. It helped 360 Create a proactive safety program that protects the employees in real time and identifies risks that are often overlooked. "Employees are coached on the opportunities to improve, and it works" says Newman.
360 Quality Care + Transport is a privately owned small business and proud to be #STLMADE! They are the preferred non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider for hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and long-term care communities throughout the St. Louis metro area and surrounding counties.
