360 Quality Care + Transport Services

360 Quality Care + Transport Services is available to assist with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) scheduling during the following hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

For transportation requests or calls outside of regular business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, contact information, and the date and time of the requested transport. A member of our team will return your call as soon as possible to assist with scheduling.​​

While 360 Quality Care + Transport Services provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, transportation that begins or ends outside of regular business hours, as well as stretcher and bariatric wheelchair transportation, is subject to availability. To ensure service, advanced scheduling is strongly recommended.

Pricing for 360 transportation services is based on a flat pickup fee plus a nominal per-mile rate.
