360 Quality Care + Transport Services
At 360 Quality Care and Transportation Services, we provide specialty transportation services using ADA compliant wheelchair and stretcher accessible mini-vans. From patients using electric/motorized scooters to bariatric wheelchairs, we can cover all your mobility challenged transportation needs. In addition to our regular business hour transports, we also provide early morning, evening and weekend transportation to families across the St. Louis Metropolitan area, and we work on Holidays so you can create and share more memories with your loved ones.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is designed to ensure that participants have access to routine and preventative care, benefit from higher health care outcomes, and mitigate against costly ambulance bills and emergency room services. For those struggling with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, COPD, or asthma, or those whose families are working or live out of town, 360 is a valuable low-cost alternative resource.
Types of Transports
Wheelchair
Our 360 transport vans can accommodate wheelchairs of all shapes and sizes including push wheelchairs, transporter chairs, bariatric wheelchairs, electric scooters, power wheelchairs and Broda chairs.

Wheelchair transports comprise more than 80% of our total transports. Our bedside-to-doctorside service picks-up or drops-off in the comfort of our passenger’s own room and delivers them right to the Doctor’s reception desk, or vice versa. We can transport in our passenger’s or client facility’s own wheelchair or we can provide a 360 wheelchair, transporter or bariatric chair. Our vehicles are equipped with a rear-entry 34” ramp which can accommodate up to 750lbs in total weight. In addition, the flexibility of our low riding, long-cut, comfortable mini-van fleet allows us to secure passengers using a four-point Q-Straint and seat belt system. And for patients who need assistance in transferring from one chair to another, our drivers are trained to use proper lifting and gait belt techniques so that every transport is completed safe and sound.
Bariatric Clients Welcomed
For patients weighing over 275lbs, 360's Bariatric Wheelchair Service includes all the benefits of our regular wheelchair service plus a custom-built vehicle that has a 48” wide ramp and can support up to 1,000lbs.
Stretcher
At 360 Quality Care and Transport our vans are specially equipped to handle non-emergency stretcher services. We'll provide a safe, reliable, comfortable and cost-effective way to transport loved ones and/or patients who are unable to sit in a wheelchair.
Each Stryker Power Pro stretcher transport includes hydraulic lifting capabilities, slide sheets, and a two-person driver and technician crew who specialize in bed to bed transfers. With health insurance coverage for non-emergency stretcher transports being so limited, families and care facilities can not only save hundreds of dollars per transport over the cost of conventional ambulances, but also ride in a comfortable, smooth riding, private mini-van that won’t scare the neighbors with lights and sirens.

Our low riding, ADA compliant vehicles make it easy for passengers to walk up the rear-entry ramp to the rear passenger seat or sit in the vehicle’s front row passenger seat. Walkers and rollators are welcome and are easily secured during transports. And 360's ongoing commitment to providing high quality customer service offers the same level of hand-on assistance, attention to detail, friendly conversation, and patient monitoring to those who can walk but are recovering from injury or suffer from memory or other behavioral issues.

By providing door-thru door, or bedside-to-bedside service, we allow communities to utilize their own vehicle fleet for their long-term community commitments such as grocery shopping, hairdresser appointments, church visits, etc. and use 360’s fleet to manage their often difficult and time consuming medical appointments.

Our dedicated dispatching team will adjust our driver schedules to accommodate last minute booking requests and/or doctor visits that run late, so staff, long term care residents and their families can rest assured that planned scheduled activities can go ahead on time even if a medical appointment isn’t on time.

Our live dispatching team can alter our schedule “on the fly” to accommodate patients who may require additional tests or otherwise need their return pick-up times to be delayed.
And unlike any other local transport company, 360 schedules a precise return pick-up time so you can be assured exactly what time our driver will pick up your patients.
For post-surgery patient pick-ups, 360 will call your office to determine a post-recovery pick-up time and your patient doesn’t have to rely on busy family members spending a day at your office.

Hospital Discharges

Each of our vehicles are equipped with a regular sized wheelchair (with footrests and leg extenders), and our drivers deliver the wheelchair to the discharging patient’s room, introduce themselves, and assist in transferring the patient from bedside to our wheelchair. Discharging is quick, easy and professional, and on arrival home or at the admitting facility, we wheel our patient to his/her room, assist in transferring to his/her bed or chair, and hand deliver the hospital’s discharge paperwork to the family or facility staff. It’s the little extra things we do that make the 360 difference – we check the room for left behind items, we carry personal belongings and any required medical equipment to our vehicle and into the patient’s new home … and it’s all included in our bedside to bedside discharge service.
With a large vehicle fleet and a reputation for reliability and flexibility, 360 provides ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher discharge transports from every hospital in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Families, long term care communities, skilled nursing and rehab facilities, hospital social workers, case managers and discharge planners all appreciate our ability to provide short-notice discharge pick-ups, often with only 1-2 hour’s prior notice.

For regional or long-distance non-emergency medical transportation, few companies will travel outside the metropolitan St. Louis area. However, 360 Care + Transport routinely covers a radius of 150 miles around St. Louis and frequently provides transports throughout Central Illinois, Central and South Eastern Missouri, North Eastern Missouri and other regional and out-of-state transports. With advance notice, we have also provided relocation or specialty transport services to Florida, the North East coast, North Carolina, Chicago, Kansas City, Lake of The Ozarks, Denver, Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis, Omaha, Lincoln, Springfield, Nashville and Memphis.

Isolation Transports for COVID-19
In order to protect our passengers who have not been exposed to Covid-19, 360 is dedicating specific vehicles exclusively to transporting patients who have, or may have, been exposed.
​
Driven by a Certified EMT or Paramedic, our dedicated Isolation Vehicles have been specially modified: the driver cockpit has been separated from the main passenger cabin; all upholstery and carpeting has been covered in plastic so the vehicle can be cleaned after every transport; we’ve installed a Plexiglas divider to separate our wheelchair and other equipment from the patient; our drivers wear full-length PPE; and, using three different strengths of hospital and industrial grade disinfectants, we sanitize the vehicle and our equipment between every transport, we deep clean at the end of every shift, and we re-enforce a durable, invisible 30-day anti-microbial barrier on all interior and PPE surfaces two times each week.

By providing safe, dedicated drivers and vehicles to assist those who have been exposed, we are also able to clearly differentiate our services to better protect those passengers, drivers and facilities who have not been exposed.
